A storm was beginning in the east as the Fellowship gathered in the Great Hall. Aristobulos stood up at the massive table and began to tell the Griffons what he had in mind. Everstar and Trulight were the first to speak, after Aristo sat down to hear comments. �What you want us to do is hunt our own?� Trulight said with puzzlement. Everstar replied, �Yes, I�ll be the first to say, my sword is at your command Aristo.� The other Griffons at the table agreed and they all pounded their fists on the table in encouragement. The winds picked up and busted the Great Halls doors open. It was Krall, or a mist in the form of Krall. The Griffons looked upon him in disgust as the form came into the hall. Everstar charged at him but was stopped by a mystic force that surrounded Krall. They all had their weapons drawn, and followed Krall around the room as he moved toward Aristobulos. �Don�t even think of touching Aristo, Krall!� Dags said from behind the formed mist. �I�m not here to take anyone else. I�ve come to tell you what I plan for your little Nikiny.� �You�ve come here to gloat about what you did, you scum!!� shouted Dreamkeaper with her hands glowing above her head. Aristo looked at her and she lowered them, but still they glowed. The Griffons gathered around him as he began to speak. �I plan to send her to her own time.
Nikiny was not meant to be here and she must be sent back. I have watched how she has grown in to a powerful wizard, one that could surpass even me. This is why she must go back.� �You cannot make that decision Krall we are her family. I�m her husband, you can�t DO this!� �Its to late the prophecy has begun and I can�t even stop the events that will take place till her departure from this realm.� Just then, the Griffons charged him and before they could swing, the mist parted and he was gone. They all looked at Aristobulos. Confused and angered they rallied behind Aristo�s flag and gathered their horses. Meanwhile, in a dark and damp cave on the outskirts of the DreadLands, an invisible wall caged Nikiny. She had only her robes and a blanket, as she sat in a corner chanting softly. �U-la-mino-U-la-mino-U-la-mino-Everstar. Ever can you hear me?� �Nik? Is that you? Where are you my love, Krall will die by my blade, where are you?� He cried. The Griffons looked at him strangely, they heard only him speaking to the sky. �What is it, Ever? You ok.� �Yes its Nik, she speaking to me!� The griffons were amazed and became quite. Nikiny continued to speak to Everstar, �I know what Krall has planned, and I�ve heard him talking to someone in these caves. I do not know where I am. I do know the only way for me to escape is to cast a transform spell. A wizard has never used it, and I do not know if I am powerful enough to cast such a spell. Husband, come find me.� Then her voice faded. Tears fell from Everstar�s eyes as he told the Griffons what she said. Dags told Aristo of caves he used to explore near the ruins of Karnor�s Castle. Aristo informed the Griffons that he had an idea of were Krall might be keeping her, and they headed there. Baldorhic opened ports for the party and they found themselves in the DreadLands.
