Truth Habbo, as you know, is now FreeWare, provided free-of-charge to consumers. The only reason Truth Habbo has not been GPLed is for the pure fact that a lot of younger users using Truth Habbo would re-compile the program not just to fit their needs, but to distribute and call as their own. We dont want to see this happen, now do we?

TrueLyFE, creator of Truth Habbo, is looking for a few good coders that can either come up with working code or donate code for use in Truth Habbo (your name will be included in the program as a developer). As of release SR-2 Beta, we need someone who can come up with sent packet de/encryption code, for the purpose of making Truth Habbo an independent Habbo client. The purpose of Truth Habbo is no longer to "hack" habbo, but make Habbo more useable in different situations.

Say you are on a low-end machine, that has a lot of resource problems - would you want to run Habbo Hotel and run out of memory after reloading one time, or would you want an alternative solution for a quick fix or visit to the Hotel? That is where Truth Habbo steps in. As an independent client, Truth Habbo could do many things - such as have an MP3 Announcer to tell what music you are listening to, as an example.

Also, we need donations! When Truth Habbo was commercial software, there was only ONE person who purchased (who I thank dearly, as they kept me up-to-date on the new .dcr's on .com). Now that it is freeware I dont expect to even get one MORE donation. But any amount of money helps. I personally need clothes, as well as new hardware. Truth Habbo isn't that huge of a thing to develop, but keeping up with the latest technology helps me and helps the program survive (with crappy hardware, everything goes so slow that I find less and less time to work on Truth Habbo).
