Amethyst was created without the use of molds. She is 12 inches standing. She is a soft bodied sculpt. So only her head, shoulders, hands and feet are sculpted. She was created from a prosculpt blend over a strong wire armature. She was fired at the package's recommended temp. She has individually sculpted fingers and toes with fingernails. She has very pale pink lips and painted sparkle blue eyes. She has been blushed in all the right places. Her skin has been left the pale color of the clay. Her hair is long chocolate tibetan lambs hair applied lock by lock. She has real eyelashes applied lash by lash. Her wings are made from mixed media and fantasy film using "Sunkissed" and glitters with white skeleton wire in the shape of dragonfly wings. The wings are removable for shipping and is recommended that you glue them in once she arrives. Her clothes are puple two toned silk that came from China that my sister sent me. The dress was hand sewed by me and is not removable. Also on the silk is gold cording giving the dress a little bit more fantasy elven feel. She does stand on her own but not well. She will come with a small stand that is mostly hidden by the dress. Her legs have been strongly re-inforced with lots of extra wire and therefore can not be bent. She will bend at the waist and arm if you wish to seat her with her legs straight out. Winning bidder will receive a signed COA. |
