Yard

Pick up Yard
Straighten the office, put things away.  Make sure all stray papers are in the "sort" basket.  This should be done daily, during chore time. 

Weed
All papers in the "Sort" basket should be sorted and filed.  Any papers that may be important should be placed in the "out" basket.  Everyone is responsible for going through the "out" basket each day and taking any papers they need.  All papers in the "out" basket at the end of the day are thrown away.  This should be done daily, during chore time.


Mow, Sweep, Water
Help file all the records for school, health, and other household items.  This should be done by the older members of the team on an "as needed" basis.  This can be done during chore time, anything that is not completed during chore time can be done on personal time for pay. 

Spray, Think/Pick, Prune
The team leader helps sort and pay bills.  This is done on the an as-needed basis, usually thefirst week of the month.  This is done during chore time.

Make Garden,  Plant, Fertilize, Weed
Photos should be sorted into three categories, personal, family, and collage.  Personal photos (photos for individual photo albums) are placed in the correct albums, family photos are labeled, dated, and put in an envelope to be placed in the photo album later (by mom, or one of our older girls as a paying job), collage photos are put in a box.  The kids can then use these photos for school projects, art projects, or whatever they may want photos for.  This is done on an as-needed basis during chore time.

Bike rack, table/chairs, cement
The team leader (or an older team member) is responsible for writing an entry in our family history each day.  Each child in the family writes (or draws) a journal entry each day.  The team is responsible for putting the entries in the proper binder (each child has a three ring binder)

Camping,Fishing, and Hunting Gear
The office supplies should be checked, and a list made of any needed supplies.  This is done before shopping on a weekly basis, during chore time

Shops & Tools
Any drawings in the "art" basket are sorted, drawings are put in journals, school files, or thrown  away.  This is done during chore time, on a weekly basis or more often if needed.
