Day 7 [Rio Tribe- Joey, Kimber, Landon, Parisa, Ray, Travis] Ray: What a night we had last night, first we had an interesting tribal council where Brian thought he was running the game only to be blindsided by Rio at tribal council. I'm really glad to have voted Brian out, he was going to flip at a switch or merge and we couldn't have that. As Ray got the fire going for the day, Joey hopped out of the speedboat that pulled up on shore. He survived Exile and rejoins his Rio tribe. Joey: Omg the past few days have been insane. It has been a roller coaster ride for sure. Of course I performed poorly at the last immunity again. I didn't know it was going to be a fastest time wins type challenge, so I'm really disappointed in myself. I know I have the capabilities of really shining in these competitions, I just for some reason or another, have proven myself worthless, and it totally sucks. What was interesting before going to exile was, Landon, Kimber, Travis, and I secured our alliance. Unfortunately, we couldn't discuss it that much because the other tribe sent me to exile. Now a part of me was super excited. I kind of had the feeling I was on the chopping block; so to be exiled was a huge relief. However, it sucked not being in the swing of things and knowing what was going on. I had no idea who was going to get voted out, but I had an idea it might be Landon. Thank goodness it wasn't. Landon is my partner in crime in this game, and I was really excited to see Him and Kimber both survive tribal council. Later that day they Magellan and Rio tribe were instructed to meet at the challenge area. No further instructions were given. Sandros: Hey guys come on in. You've been out here in Patagonia for about a week, the season is changing, and slowly it is getting colder. To keep the blood running, and pulses pumping I'm changing the tribes as is the changing season. New Season = New Tribes. * The 14 remaining castaways stand and observe cautiously * Sandros: I roll a die, calling each persons name out before I do so. The first seven people to roll ABOVE a 6 will be on the new same tribe. Also, the first seven castaways to roll BELOW a 7 will be on the same tribe. Above will be the New Rio Tribe. Below will be the New Magellan Tribe. Shuri is up first. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 1 2 3 = Staying on Magellan for Shuri. Sandros: Tim is up. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 5 5 10= Tim is now part of Rio. Sandros: Travis you're up. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 1 2 3 = Part of the new Magellan Travis. Sandros: Ray you're next. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 4 2 6 = Ray you're part of Magellan now. Sebastian, roll. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 1 2 3 = Still on Magellan. Update New Magellan: Shuri, Travis, Ray and Sebastian New Rio: Tim Sandros: Kimber is next. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 5 1 6 = Kimber switches to new Magellan. 2 spots left for this team. Parisa you're next. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 6 3 9 = Parisa you're sticking with Rio. Eloy. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 4 6 10 = Moving on to Rio man. Adam, you're up. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 5 5 10 = Moving over to Rio my Adam. Update New Magellan: Shuri, Travis, Ray, Sebastian, Kimber New Rio: Tim, Parisa, Eloy, Adam Sandros: Joel you're next. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 1 6 7= Going over to Rio. Sandros: Landon now you go. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 1 4 5 = Moving over to Magellan. Sandros: Amia, you're next. Sandros rolled 2 6-sided dice: 1 5 6 = On Magellan, leaving Joey and Megan to join the New Rio Tribe. Final Update New Magellan: Shuri, Travis, Ray, Sebastian, Kimber, Landon, Amia New Rio: Tim, Parisa, Eloy, Adam, Joel, Joey, Megan Sandros: I will notify the tribes of their new forum passwords shortly. I reckon each of you start getting to know the tribe mates you have yet to meet. They are your new family who must have to work, strategize, and most importantly WIN with. But for how long? I'll just say, don't plan too far into the future. This way, you play it day by day instead of promising each other castles and final twos. Enjoy the shuffle and the birth of New Rio and New Magellan. [New Rio Adam, Eloy, Joel, Joey, Megan, Parisa, Tim] Joey: Well we were just informed of the most horrible news on earth; Tribal switch. Not only had that happened, but also Travis, Kimber, and Landon, my entire alliance all ended up on the other tribe. Now I am back on Rio, with Parisa only. At first I didn't really click with Parisa. For some reason we just weren't friendly with one another, but we never were mean to one another. However, now we are pretty much forced to stick together. Even if we hated each other, there's no other option. She is my back up and I hers. Hopefully with a little investigation and research we can find out where the cracks lie in the former Magellan Tribe and get one of them out of here. If all else fails, I figure I'll just try to convince my former alliance to throw immunity, since they have the majority, or they have to vote me to exile. I am starting to enjoy Parisa a lot, but I have to look out for myself first. I have a feeling I'm kind of fucked. I'm in a hole, and I don't know if I will be able to dig myself out of it, but you better believe I'm going to do my best. Joel and Adam were pumped up about the jumbling of things. As they collected wood and sticks to feed the first, the spoke about the new tribe mates, and team dynamic. Joel: So have spoken with the new people yet? Adam: I got a chance to speak with Parisa, she seems loserish. Joel: Oh really, whys that? Adam: She just seems older, Im not sure. I think its because shes screwed and she knows it. Joel: Yeah, but she might turn out to help us you never know. Adam: I think not, I want an all Magellan jury. Joel: Haha, we have a ways to go to get there man. Adam: But with me you and Megan, we should win these challenges for sure. Adam: Today we had a tribal switch and usually something bad comes out of it. However the old Magellan Tribe won the first 2 IC's so there were more of us than Rio's. So Tim, Eloy, Joel, Megan, and I got switched to Rio with Parisa and Joey who were already apart of it. So even unfortunately Im on the loser's tribe now... This sucks. I think if we were to ever lose, old Magellan isnt going anywhere, unless something big happens. Joel: I like my position in the game. We have yet to lose. I think I am going to win. I hate tribe switches, but oh well, five on two. Magellan will stick together. Eloy: So we were shuffled up into new tribes, and it was pretty much the same tribe from Magellan but Parisa and Joey are now part of the tribe and we are the New Rio tribe. I was happy to have the change up because no one really talks. It kind of made me feel like Im one of the first to go. Having Parisa in the new tribe is cool because I have someone older to talk with. She was very talkative which was cool. I talked to Joey for a little bit, seems like a cool guy, but I really had a good convo with Joel. Hes a cool guy. He even offered me a deal to work with him and Adam; they have an alliance, so I took him up on it because I really need someone to trust to stay in the game. Dont' know if Adam will be up for it because he doesn't talk to me much. Im looking forward to the next challenge and hope we escape tribal council Eloy: Hey Parisa, nice to be on your tribe now. Parisa: Aw, welcome to Rio. Eloy: Thanks how do you like the people who came from Magellan so far? Parisa: People seem nice. Megan is funny, and Joel seems really personable. Adam, it was hard to talk to him and I havent spoken with Tim yet at all. Eloy: Yeah, Tim is not the best player here. Parisa: So this switch was unpredicted, totally. Eloy: Yeah, Im happy to see things switched up though. I was feeling like I was on shaky ground with my tribe. Parisa: Well I suppose its a whole new ballgame now. At least I hope it is. I could seriously be the next one gone now that Joey and I are utterly outnumbered. Eloy: Well Im not voting for you babe. Hopefully I can sway the vote to go another way. Parisa: Thatd be wonderful Eloy. Eloy: I know. Parisa: I cant help but feel discouraged right now. My friends were all switched to the other side and now theyre my competitors. If you asked me this morning that this is what was going to happen to day I would have laughed at you and called you a bold face liar. But silly me, I got comfortable in my position and now Im the one scrambling here. Its pretty hysterical if you think about it. Now Im starting from scratch trying to get to know a whole slew of new people. Right now all I can hope for is that the Magellan people can continue their winnings and keep me safe from the vote. [New Magellan Amia, Kimber, Landon, Ray, Sebastian, Shuri, Travis] Amia: A new tribe, new people. Oh fun. Good thing I would have been out of here next vote. Just my luck, hehe! Ray: Well, all of a sudden this morning we had a tribal switch, which I think shocked a whole bunch of people. I am very happy with the switch, I went over to Magellan but so did Travis, Landon, and Kimber so I still sit well with the numbers. We also have Sebastian, Shuri, and Amia from the old Magellan tribe and so far have only talked with Sebastian and Shuri and they say some interesting things. They talked about how they were not happy with the old Magellan tribe; they said some of their tribe members were bossy and rude. They also said how Amia is worthless and doesn't do anything in this game. This surprises me a little, I would think a tribe that was able to hold it together to win back to back challenges would be working like a great team, I guess you never know. With this switch only Parisa and Joey are left with a bunch of old Magellan members on the Rio tribe and I feel a little bad for them. Should they lose a challenge one of them would most likely be voted out? Either Parisa or Joey could go to exile Island and be safe but that would only secure one of them so that really sucks. I was considering of possibly throwing the challenges so Joey and Parisa would be saved but do I really want to do that and put my neck on the line? Plus what if Travis, Landon, Kimber, or I ended up at Exile Island and it were 3 on 3, three people from each tribe and there was a tie. Some very difficult and important decisions lay ahead and it makes this game difficult each day. I am going to first have to try and get to know the new tribe members a little better and then maybe try and strike a deal. This game is starting to get tricky but also very interesting, can't wait to see what the rest of the way is in store. Sebastian: Well our tribe was switched up...thank god...I hated my old tribe, I didn't talk to anyone, they were all mean in the last couple of days anyway...I talked to Landon, he's okay, but I think I'm in trouble if we lose a few immunities for sure. The good thing about the shuffle is that Im still here with Shuri. I was on the outs in my old tribe, but I to have started there because I've gotten closer to Shuri. My new team, I mean I like them, but they obviously have an alliance. Down by the shore, Shuri and Sebastian reconvened after the commotion of new tribes down died. They talked about the new tribe and what their next move should be. Shuri: Sebastian it appears were in a rut right now buddy. Sebastian: Obviously. Shuri: We need to do our hardest to try and mesh with this team. Also, we need to be very cautious and observant as to where some divides may be. Sebastian: Ok girl. I already dont like Kimber? Shuri: Oh really, I love her, haha. Sebastian: She seems like a goober bitch. Shuri: Regardless if anyone I think I can bond with her the most. Anyways, Im going to get working. I want to make Amia look worse than she already does. Travis: Surprise twist. Gotta love them. All in all it was a really good twist Id day. Kimber and Ray my main allies are both on my tribe, and we have Landon as our side. Right there thats the majority. Kimbers told me that she really enjoys Shuri and that maybe Shuri can be our fourth. Id have to talk to Ray about it but right now Im sitting pretty on this tribe. Landon: I think the new tribe shuffle could work out in my advantage I hope...I mean theres Travis who out of everyone I trust the most thus far. Then theres Ray and Kimber who I trust somewhat but not all the way. Im just hoping we all stick together and keep winning challenges If we do happen to lose I think either Sebastian or Shuri will go but u cant be too sure I hope I can trust them...I think now that Im on the Magellan tribe we will start kicking butt at least Im hoping, we can pull through and keep it up. I think the strongest person on the tribe is probably Travis...but that could be a good thing especially if I hide behind him and have him protect me or do my dirty work for me lol...The weakest person on the tribe I would have to say was Amia because she was so one wordy and annoying. But I think we all pull our own weight on the tribe...my number 1 loyalty in this game is still to Joey though and I wish him luck over there. Kimber: The tribe switch was so sweet for me because honestly things on Rio were just getting worse and worse! Omg! Maybe this is the chance I have to finally win immunity. Plus I was just getting sick of all the dramatics on Rio. I didnt fully trust Landon or Parisa so it was good to get away from one of them. Right now Ive been getting to Shuri and shes totally awesome, like funny and I love how she trash talks all over old Magellan its hysterical. Im pretty close with Ray and really close with Travis, and maybe Shuri can be our fourth wheel, because in all honesty she deserves a fair shotand Ill never forget that bullshit he had planned with Aaron back in the start. That was some crap on sticks, I remember!
