Day 12 [New Rio Tribe: Adam, Eloy, Joel, Joey, Megan] Adam: Tim got voted off last night, and now Rio definitely needs to win immunity, because I like Meghan, Joey, and Eloy and I dont wanna be forced to vote one of them off. We need this win, or we'll be surely picked off in merge [New Magellan Tribe: Kimber, Landon, Ray, Sebastian, Shuri, Travis] Sebastian: Well I cant believe we won immunity yesterday. All we have to do is win one more immunity challenge and I'll make the merge! I get alone with everyone on the tribe now but for some reason I feel like they dont like to talk to me. Anyway Shuri and I are in trouble. If we lose one of us will be going home, probably me, because Shuri's worse at challenges than me. But I'm just going to keep talking to them, and hopefully they'll keep me. Late in the afternoon the tribes received tree mail saying meet at the Immunity Stretch. When they did they were notified of a merge, not even a full two weeks into the game they were playing individually. [Punto Tombo Tribe: Adam, Eloy, Joel, Joey, Kimber, Landon, Megan, Ray, Sebastian, Shuri, Travis] The final 11 castaways started their hike to their new campground. Along the way everyone mingled as this newly formed merged tribe. Kimber: The merge came to me as such a shock. I was totally ready to kick Rios ass again and exile Joey so that way Megan, Eloy, Adam or Joel would have been voted off, oh well. Today has been pretty interesting because there is an obvious Rio disadvantage. Were totally down in numbers against the Magellan people. Right now I have to keep Sebastian and Shuri as close to me as possible. They were on the same tribe as me before the merge so Im like trying to prevent them from going back with Joel and Adam. If they do, my original tribe is completely shit out of luck. Landon: Hey Shuri. Shuri: Hey Landon. Landon: How r you? Shuri: Im good, how are you? Landon: Im doing ok, what do you think of Joel? Shuri: Umm, I dont necessarily trust or like him. Landon: He just offered me a final 3 deal with him and Adam and I said no so he was like Come with us or youre out next, blah. Shuri: Hmmm thats rather messed up dont you think? Landon: Ya. Hes a dick-face and thinks hes calling all the shots. Shuri: Listen, I talked with Travis, Ill go with you guys, but I dont want Joel out yet, Id rather get rid of Adam. Landon: Ok whats your deal with Adam? I mean what makes you want him out? Shuri: He was the loudest and annoying one in my old tribe; I connected with him the least. Landon: Oh ok that works for me. Shuri: Cool. Landon: Did you like your old Magellan tribe? Shuri: Not really they weren't very talkative and kind of excluded me. Landon: Oh I see, that sucks, and the new Magellan was the cool tribe then? :) Shuri: Yea, def! We were awesome. Landon: Ya! Shuri: So are we good on taking out Adam? Landon: Ya but I think Joel needs to go soon cause he just tried to convince Travis on voting us out too so we caught him in his own lie. Shuri: I understand, Joel can be next; I just think we should take out Adam first. I promised Joel back in the day, I dont wanna lie too much, we'll take out Adam and then Joel. Landon: Sounds good. After that conversation Landon pulled Travis over to the side to further discuss what he was talking to Shuri about. Travis: Yo Landon. Landon: Whats up? Travis: We merged! Landon: I know what do u think? Travis: Eh. Rio is still out numbered. The way it stands now its six against five. Landon: I think we might be able to sway Shuri or Sebastian. Travis: Well, Shuri and I have gotten pretty tight, and she told me that she doesn't like her old tribe and holds no loyalty, and that shed side with us. Landon: Ya Kimber said the same thing. Im annoyed because Joel wont stop trying to get me to vote with him. Travis: I dont like that kid. Landon: First of all he pretty much threatened me. He wanted a final three alliance, I said now, and he declared war. Travis: Dont worry about it. We seem to be sitting fine. Shuri said she would vote us so that should be the majority. Landon: Ya do they think shes still with them? Travis: Probably. Shes good; she wont let the jig up. Landon: I think Joel knows hes not that safe because earlier he said how does it feel to know your out and blah blah blah and now he was like I will give you one more chance to join us. I feel better now I know Shuri is with us. When the castaways arrived at their campgrounds, everyone disbursed around camp either to help build a new shelter, or to help with the fire. While gathering wood to build the shelter Joel approached Landon. Joel: Do you want another chance to join myself and Adam? Landon: Umm Joel: Do you? Landon: Sure, okay Joel. Joel: Next tribal council, vote with us. Landon: All right. Joel: If you vote with us, youre in. Landon: Who you gonna vote? Joel: Not sure, whoever people decide on. Landon: ok. Joel: If you vote with us against one of our own, itll show that you are serious. Landon: Ya Ill think about it some more. Joel: If you dont youre fucked and you know it! Landon: Listen, just because things didnt go your way and Im thinking doesnt me you have to be a fucking immature prick now leave me alone. If you wanna vote me out vote me out I dont care! Joel: Obviously you care seeing how defensive you get. Landon: Because I said leave me alone and you keep talking to me, Im trying to do something. Joel: I already tried to give you protection, you didnt want it. Landon: I know not to trust you. Youre going to boot me first chance you get. Joel: We were going to help you Landon, and now you just made a bunch of enemies! Landon its okay, you know you made a mistake Landon: If you wanna vote me out do it, whatever. Joel: Oh itll come with time. Landon: If youre gonna be that stupid and vote me out just because I didnt take that deal go ahead! After this altercation Joel was incredibly annoyed. He left Landon alone gathering wood and went to find his number one ally, Adam. Joel: What if we shook the game up a bit? Adam: And did what? Joel: What if me, you, and Eloy...align with two people from the other tribe? Adam: Shouldnt we wait until we 100% have the #'s? Joel: Well if we pretend we are with Old Magellan for awhile and vote out a few old Rio just keeping them with us, that will force Megan, Shuri and Sebastian to stay with us. Adam: Okay. Before the sunset, Eloy sat away from camp and spoke to the cameraman about the day. Eloy: I think the merge is really interesting and early. Makes people scramble for alliances. But Im glad because I can reunite with my old tribe members that I actually talked to like Shuri. And hopefully my original alliance members could stick together. As for disliking anyone, its hard to say because I dont know many of my tribe members too well. Travis has a strong personality but he told Joel that he didnt trust me one bit, so I guess I have to watch out for him. As to who I like the most, I like Shuri a lot because she's always been friendly to me whether I was in her tribe or not. Joel and I were pretty friendly until Travis said he didn't trust me and he didnt talk to me very much. Ray and I have been getting along, talking about sports. Hes a cool guy. And Meghan is a cool girl. Well Id like to see my original tribe members in the jury and Ray because everyone else I dont really know. Joel: Hey baby girl. Shuri: Hey hey. Joel: See we are in a good position after all. Shuri: I know! Joel: I wonder if Sebastian will stay or float ship. Shuri: Hell probably stick with us. Who do you want out first? Joel: I dont know Kimber? Shuri: We should figure it out soon. Joel: You said she was abrasive and I found her annoying. Shuri: Im not sure either; we've warmed up to each other. Joey seems ideal to me. Hes been to exile way too many times. And if he has the idol, Id rather him use it earlier. Joel: I think we should pass on Joey this week honestly. Shuri: And go after who? Joel: I dont know but see if we go after Joey, and he has the idol then in the final 10, it is five on five. Shuri: So that leaves Landon, Ray, Travis, Kimber. What do you think of them? Joel: I dislike Landon the most. Shuri: Aright, Im not a big fan either. Joel: Hes is annoying but see that way if we spare Joey this time, and go after him next time...even if he has the idol we will still have numbers. Shuri: Hmmm, you want to wait to vote Joey off, I want to do it before jury, if or if not he has the idol Joel: Yes so we can keep the number advantage. Get back to me and let me know if you think anything should change. Shuri: Will do. Joey: I've been exiled the past three weeks, and I thought I'd have to actually put my butt on the line this next vote but things seem to be good for now. O trust me bitch. I have my Rio alliance, and Joel in my back pocket. We merged this week. So excited. Love it. I'm like so glad we did, because if we didn't merge soon, my ass was toast. I missed my Rio people, and I'm so glad to be back with them. I really enjoy the company of Travis, Kimber, and Landon. Even though Ray and I don't talk to much, he's a really nice guy as well, and they are all on my side, at least I hope, so I'm glad to be back with them. I'm loving the fact that there are eleven people, because it gives you more option as to who to vote out. Out of all the people in the game right now, I can honestly say I dislike...no one! There are some people that I get along better with. I will say I don't think Megan deserves to be in this game, because she does absolutely nothing. Of the people left in the game, the ones I like the most are Travis and Landon. I just clicked with Landon right from the beginning, and ever since the tribes merged Travis and I have just been really clicking and joking and talking. I'm glad they are in the game. The one person I don't want on the jury is Joel. The reason is because I pretty much promised him the world about betraying my Rio people, and I know I'm going to have to betray him, unless he betrays me first. So that might get ugly. The sun was set and the eleven remaining players went to bed for the evening. An immunity challenge was to take place the next day so rest was needed. Who would win immunity, and more importantly who would be the sixth person voted out of Patagonia?
