DOCTOR POWER USER'S MANUAL

DOCTOR POWER is the rechargeable battery for the MGD2. Insert
the DOCTOR POWER (abbreviated as DP) into the left side of the
back through the small door, close the small door, and DP can
then let MGD2 be used without an AC adaptor, which makes the
system portable.

When the DP is fully charged, it can supply enough power for the
MGD2 to read a 1M game several hundred times. You can also buy
the adaptor DC wire, which allows the DP to supply power to the
Game Boy for 14 hours, the Game Gear for 110 minutes, or the PC
GT for 80 minutes. This saves you some money to buy batteries
for your hand-held system. It should be noted, however, that
the function of the DP will decline gradually, until the DP must
be disposed.

When the DP is charged via the MGD2 with the DOCTOR DC SUPPLY,
the time required a fully charge is 30 minutes.

Now, let's examine the process of charging the DP with the MGD2
as the charger (the special charger works the same and so it
will not be mentioned again).

To charge the DP, simply insert the DP into the MGD2, close the
small door, and turn the switch of the MGD2 to the off position.
Now plug in the DOCTOR DC SUPPLY and the left upper corner of
the MGD2 will have a green light. The green light is an
indication of the DP being charged (If the remaining power in
the DP is very low, the red light of the MGD2 will turn on as
well). The charging process is finished when the (red) green
light turns off. If you want to charge another DP, switch the
MGD2 'ON' then 'OFF' after inserting the DP, in order to activate
the charging circuit.

If an AC adaptor other than the special DOCTOR DC SUPPLY is used,
the DP may not be safely used. There are the possibilities of
overheat or melting of the MGD2 or the charger case.
