DOCTOR POWER:  Fast rechargeable battery (power supply for MGD2
when it is carried).

DISPLAY:  Made up of two 5X7 dot matrix windows.  Can display
numbers, letters, and symbols.

Japanese manufacturers (NEC, Mitsubishi...), high quality and

POWER AND CHARGING INDICATOR:  When using DOCTOR POWER as the
power supply for the MGD2, if the power is sufficient, the red
light does not go on, otherwise if the red light goes on, it
indicates charging is required.  When DOCTOR POWER is charged
by the DOCTOR DC SUPPLY, the green light goes on; when charging
is finished, the green light goes off.

DOCTOR DC SUPPLY:  Power supply (power supply for the MGD2).
Other than supplying power for MGD2, it can also charge a DOCTOR
POWER within 30 minutes.

POWER SWITCH:  Push down to turn on, the safety design ensures
that the plugged DOCTOR CARD or another accessory cannot be taken
out when power is on.  If connected to the DOCTOR DC SUPPLY, the
MGD2 is powered by the external power source, otherwise the
DOCTOR POWER inside is used to power the MGD2.  Push up to turn
off, DOCTOR CARD or another accessory can be taken out safely
when power is off.  If the DOCTOR DC SUPPLY is connected and a
DOCTOR POWER is in the MGD2, the charging circuit is activated.

BACK UP CARD:  Download a game from a cartridge to a disk
immediately.

DOCTOR LINK:  Directly transmit, receive data.

(1) Put DOCTOR CARD into MGD2.

(2) Turn on the power of MGD2 and put in the disk.

(3) Select the number, then press the 'SELECT' key to read the
    game.

(4) Turn off the MGD2 and take the DOCTOR CARD out.

(5) Insert the DOCTOR CARD into the corresponding DOCTOR I/O and
    the combination becomes a regular game cartridge (or Hucard).

After inserting the disk and DOCTOR CARD as shown in the diagrams,
turn power switch to on position; if a battery symbol is flashing
on the display, it indicates the power of the cell inside the
DOCTOR CARD (DOCTOR CELL) is about to be finished; if a 'X' symbol
and a battery symbol are flashing one after the other, it
indicates that DOCTOR CELL has died, and it needs to be replaced.

(1) Display shows "G1"

(2) Use the '+' or '-' keys to change the displaying number, the
    number goes up/down by one with each press; the displaying
    number goes up/down rapidly when the key is pressed and hold,
    until the key is released.  The range of numbers that may
    appear is 'G1'-'G19' or '20'-'40', which is an indication of
    the file you are going to read from the disk (i.e. the
    maximum number of files/games one can put in a disk is 40,
    e.g. 40 0.25M games).

(3) After selecting the correct number, press the 'SELECT' key
    once, the 'G?' is displayed, indicating that the disk drive
    is working.

(4) If a disk have not been put into the disk drive, please put
    a disk into the MGD2 now.

(5) Start reading data from the disk.  On the right half of the
    display, the clock symbol turns clockwise until the file/game
    is completely read, the display then shows 'OK'.  The time
    for reading 1M, 2M, 4M, and 8M are 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 19
    seconds, and 35 seconds respectively.

(6) Turn off the MGD2 before taking the DOCTOR CARD out.  If you
    discover that the game read is not the one you need, press
    the 'SELECT' key when the display shows 'OK', then you will
    be returned to step 1, so that it is not needed to turn off
    the power.

Using one DOCTOR CARD with different DOCTOR I/O, the combination
becomes a cartridge (or Hucard) for different video game systems.
There are over 700 selections of games.

DOCTOR CARD is made with super thin memory IC of famous
electronic companies (SONY, NEC), assembled with high technology,
high quality, very reliable.

DOCTOR LINK--DIRECT TRANSMIT, RECEIVE DATA

Put DOCTOR CARD into the DOCTOR I/O and plug the combination into
the video game system, using DOCTOR LINK to transmit game or
data, it saves you the hassle of plugging/unplugging the DOCTOR
CARD into/out of the MGD2 and DOCTOR I/O.

First turn on the power of the video game system on, the turn on
on the MGD2, you are now ready to use the three functions:  'GM',
'SA', and 'LO'.  Press the 'SELECT' key to select one of the
three functions, then press '+' or '-' to activate the function:
GM:  Equivalent to the previous fuction of reading a game into
     the DOCTOR CARD.
SA:  Save the SAVE RAM data in the DOCTOR I/O into a disk (using
     a symbol lying in 1-40).
LO:  The opposite of SA, load the SAVE RAM data in a disk into
     the SAVE RAM Of the DOCTOR I/O.

CELLS AND BATTERIES OF MULTIPLE USE

DOCTOR POWER can supply power to the GAME BOY for 14 hours.

DOCTOR POWER can supply power to the GAME GEAR for 110 minutes.

DOCTOR POWER can supply power to the G.T. for 80 minutes.

DOCTOR DC SUPPLY can supply power for the MGD2 or the charger,
fully charge the DOCTOR POWER in 30 minutes

SPECIAL CHARGER, can be carried (with belt-clip).  It can
accommodate two DOCTOR POWER at once, and hence speed up the
process of charging and supply power to different video game
systems.

DOCTOR CELL is specially made for the DOCTOR CARD, it allows the
digital data in the DOCTOR CARD to be retained.  Each provides
the power needed by a 8M DOCTOR CARD for a month, or a 1M DOCTOR
CARD for 6 months.

The MGD2 can be equipped such that a maximum of five different
slots can be used.  Each time a type of cartridge can be
downloaded to the disk, for use with MGD2 products.

UTILITY DISK V2.0 is a multi-function software tools.  It can
format 2DD or 2HD disk, delete data, disk copy, file copy, and
enter cheat codes (golden finger codes).

Using PC computer with PC LINK, the functions of MGD2 together
with the DOCTOR LINK can be simulated, which are:
(1) Transfer game from the disk to the DOCTOR CARD,
(2) Save the SAVE RAM data in the DOCTOR I/O into the disk
(3) The opposite of (2)
(4) Allow one to enter cheat codes to change the data in the
    DOCTOR CARD or the DOCTOR I/O.
