September 25, 1994. Delivered a baby boy, March 18, 1986. 

MULDER: Evelyn Burmeister. 

FROHIKE: Evelyn Burmeister... delivered a baby boy June 1, 1994. 

MULDER: That makes 8 for 8. 

From this dialogue we know that between 1986 (at least presumably it began here) and Mulder breaking into the home in 1997, at least eight children were born like Emily. What happened to them? Did their parents give them the treatment Scully refused? Did the project continue after Mulder's discovery?

Your challenge:
- Write a fic that features one or more of these other hybrid children

- Set the fic in the present, which means unless your premise is that the project continued, your character will be a preteen or teenager. (write about the boy born in 1986 only in conjunction with one under eighteen, please)
