I'm taking over today's What If - I hope you don't mind! :-)
So the situation is as follows :
You're
living in the XF world and you have the great luck to meet M&S
someday
and you even
get to
be friends with them! The three of you go out together to the
movie
or dancing or whatever now and then and you surely have no chance
but to
fall for Mulder quickly - that
guy is
just *so* hot!
Alas,
it is obvious to you that he and Scully belong together although
it seems
they haven't really noticed that yet. You're not really jealous
because
she's so nice and beautiful and she's just perfect for him and
you're
sure they'll come together eventually. So you stick to dreaming
of Mulder,
knowing it will always remain a dream.
Then
one night, you have a date with the two again - but Mulder appears
alone!
He tells you Scully is sick, migrane or something, so the two of
you start
out alone.
You dance
the whole night through and for once you have him all for
yourself,
so it's just like heaven! Then as the night draws to a close
and the
music gets slower, you dance closer and closer until you can
feel
his breath on the back of your neck and then he whispers something
outrageous
in your ear: he asks you to come home with him!!
So what
do you do?
