Sausage Cassarole
Ground sausage meat, potatoes, carrots, green beans, onion,turnip. 
Fry and drain sausage meat.  Cut vegetables into one inch cubes.  Add everything into a cassarole dish and add seasoning and a bit of water.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until vegetables are desired consistency.  I like to add some corn starch at the last minute to make a sauce.  My family loves this meal and there are rarely any leftovers.
Here are some recipes of my own.  I like to throw everything together and see what I get.  Who needs hamburger helper anyway.

Poor Man's Lasagna
Lean ground beef, tomato juice, canned tomato, old cheddar cheese, onion, celery, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and any pasta noodle you like.
Brown ground beef and drain.  Season with garlic, salt and pepper and add diced onion and celery. Saute for about two minutes.  Put into a cassarole dish by layering with shredded cheese, cooked noodles (not too well done), and tomatoes.  Pour half a can of tomato juice over mixture and top with shredded cheese.  Put in the oven at 350 degrees.  Check after fifteen minutes and add the remaining tomato juice.
