This is my first character so any constructive criticisms about how I can improve this character are welcome.

Installation
-------------
To use the Green Ranger, first unzip him into chars/greenranger. Then open up data/select.def with a text editor and add the following line to the [Characters] group:

The Green Ranger is currently a four button character with a taunt, the distribution is as follows:
      x - weak punch
      y - strong punch
      z - helper 1      
      a - weak kick
      b - strong kick
      c - helper 2
      s - taunt

Special Moves
-----------------
All supers have weak/strong versions depending on what button you press. All names are subject to change.

Dragon Ball - qcf + x or y (can be done in the air)
The Green Ranger fires off a short range blast of Ranger energy in the form of a large ball of electricity. 
The weak ball strikes once, the strong one twice. Get in close for an extra hit. *Can be done in the air*.

Darkness Sword Uppercut - dp + x or y 
The Green Ranger calls upon the residual energy of the Sword of Darkness and uses an incarnation of it to deliver a rising heaven dividing upward slice to the opponent.
The strong version goes higher.

Dragon Knee - qcb + a or b
Tommy uses his ranger might to engulf his knee in Ranger Power while launching himself at the opponent.
Press the kick button agian while in the air to unleash the middling fury of the Green Ranger's Ranger Kick.

Blade Blaster - qcf + a or b
The Green Ranger pulls out his standard issue Blade Blaster and fires a laser blast off at his opponent.*Can be done in the air*

Dragon Flute Energy Extraction - qcb + x or y
The Sixth Ranger takes out his special weapon and unleashes a short range energy ray, damaging any enemy it comes into contact with. 
The weak version can be comboed both in and out of, the strong version hits up to eight times.

Dragon Flute Power Transfer - hcb + x or y
Using the power of his flute, Tommy drains his opponents energy and gives it to himself, renewing his abilities as Power Ranger.
x transfers life, y transfers power. NOTE: the y version does no life damage.

The Ranger Charge - y+b
The Green Ranger pulls out his flute and begins to blow on it, calling on the power of the Dragonzord to recharge himself.

The Blue Ranger - z (Dash Type)
Tommy calls on his friend and fellow Ranger Billy to assist him in battle. Billy jumps in, calls on the power of his lance and charges at his enemy before telporting away.
This move reduces Tommy's power level slightly.

The Pink Ranger - c (Projectile type)
Tommy calls on his friend and fellow Ranger Kimberly to assist him in battle. Kimberly runs in and fires at an arrow off at the enemy.
This move reduces Tommy's power level slightly.

Super Attacks

Level 1 Supers:

POWER Dragon Ball - qcf, qcf + x (or y when not at Level 3)
The Ranger builds up a great deal of his Ranger energy into one sustained blast of destructive power.

*NEW* Air Repeating Dragon Ball - qcf, qcf + x (or y when not at Level 3) - CAN ONLY BE DONE IN THE AIR
Tommy draws energy from the Morphing Grid (not in game) and unleashes multiple Airborne Stationary Dragon Balls.

POWER Ranger Rush - qcb, qcb + x (or y when not at Level 3)
Once more calling upon the deadly power of the Sword of Darkness, the Green Ranger launches his opponent into the air and into the path of a horde of raging rushing mini-rangers being chased by some of Rita Repulsa's vilest creations.

Dragon Spirit Awakening  - qcf, qcf + a (or b when not at Level 3)
Using the power of the sixth Power Coin, Tommy unleashes the force of he Dragonzord's spirit. The Spirit manifests itself as a old japanese stlye dragon and flies straight through the opponent.

*NEW* The Power Within - qcb, qcb + a (or b when not at Level 3)
In order to proove once and for all that he is powerful with or without his Ranger powers, the Green Ranger depowers himself  temporarily and launches an all out attack on the enemy.

Level 3 Supers:

*NEW* Ranger Storm - hcb, x+y
The Green Ranger rushes towards his opponent, launching them into the air and into the path of a near full-team assault.
 
POWER Mega Super Dragon Generation Force - qcf, qcf + y
Tommy charges all of his remaining Ranger Energy into one massive ball of destruction, doing insane damage to the unfortunate opponent.

*NEW*Heaven Soaring Repeating Dragon Ball - qcf, qcf + y - CAN ONLY BE DONE IN AIR
Tommy draws energy from the Morphing Grid (not in game) and unleashes multiple Airborne Vortex Dragon Balls which take the opponent higher and higher into the sky.

Mega Monster Rush - qcb, qcb + y
Calling on all the power of the Sword of Darkness, the Green Ranger launches his opponent high in the air and into the path of Rita's monsters.

True Dragon Spirit Awakening  - qcf, qcf + b 
Using the power of the sixth Power Coin, Tommy unleashes the force of the Dragonzord's spirit. The extra energy Tommy uses makes the Spirit manifest itself as a larger japanese style dragon. To make this move as powerful as possible Tommy reinforces it with his own life force.

Green Ranger Golden Shield - qcf, hcb +  a and b (together)
The Green Ranger powers up his golden chest mounted shield to full strength rendering himself totally invulnerable for a short period of time.

Level 1:

*NEW* Yellow Ranger Dagger Divide - z+c 
The Yellow Ranger dives at the enemy with her daggers and, upon landing, launches herself at her opponent with an unrivalled intensity.

*NEW* Red Ranger Slice Sword - qcf + z
The Red Ranger rushes in, delivers a Tyranno-kick to the opponent before bringing out his sword, slashing with it twice.

*NEW* Black Ranger Spin Swirl - qcb + c
The Black Ranger runs in, barges the opponent and then proceeds to call spin around vigourously with his axe, moving the opponent all around the play area.

Level 3:
*NEW* Red/Black/Yellow Team Up Technique - qcf, qcf, z+c
The three rangers deliver their own personal devastating attacks in sequence.

Finishing Move

*NEW* Dragonzord Tail Drill - hcb, qcf + x and y (together) *Can only be done when opponents life is less than 150*
The Green Ranger calls on the real ultimate power of the Dragonzord by playing on his flute. The Dragonzord accepts Tommy's command and thrusts his tail drill into the enemy.

Combo notes
----------------
Basic combo rules:

1.  You can combo from the weak basic attacks into the strong ones, 
     eg. weak kick -> weak punch -> strong punch -> Crouching punch (launcher)

2.  You can combo into special attacks from most basic attacks
     eg. standing strong kick -> Ranger Blaster

3.  You can combo into hyper attacks from all basic and special attacks
     eg. Green Electricity Strike -> POWER Mega Super Dragon Generation Force

4.  You can super cancel from one super move to another.
     eg. POWER Green Electricity Blast -> POWER Ranger Rush

5.  Air combos are possible for The Green Ranger. The best way to start one is by using the launcher.
     eg. weak kick -> weak punch -> strong punch -> Crouching punch (launcher) -> jump -> air weak punch -> air weak kick -> Air Green Electricity Strike

6.  You can do OTG (off-the-ground) combos on downed opponents. This allows you to continue your combos after being in the air.
     eg. Crouching Strong Kick (sweep) -> Crouching weak kick -> Crouching Strong Punch (launcher) ->  jump -> Air Green Electricity Strike

7. Your opponents can still be hit by a special move after you landed from Air Green Electricity air combo.
     eg. Crouching Strong Punch (launcher) -> jump -> air weak punch x2 -> air strong punch-> Air Green Electricty Strike -> (Ground) Blade Blaster
