A) Disclaimer

Gizmo and every likeness depicted in this file are property of Sunsoft
(copyright 1990). I do not claim any of the above in any manner.

B) Story

Well, as you know Gizmo is the first of a species of tiny creatures called Mogwai.
They are more commonly known as the Gremlins. Gizmo was taken in by an old man
named Mr. Wing and has lived with him for 6 years now. When Mr. Wing's store was
threatened by Daniel Clamp, a man with aspirations of building a genetic lab, Gizmo
barely succeeded to survive when the store was tore down.

Meanwhile, Gizmo's old friend Billy Peltzer was moving to New York. Long story
short, Gizmo was found after Billy asked a caretaker where he heard a special song
he was humming. That is Gizmo's story....

C) What's Done

-all basics
-all required sprites, including throw animations
-5 specials from game (Tomato, Paperclip, Pogostick, etc.)
-1 original special designed especially for Gizmo
-2 supers from game (Flaming Arrow given small modification)
-1 intro (from game)
-2 win poses (1 from game, 1 original)
-classic death sequence (from game)
-3 palettes (different color gremlins)
-sound for many things

D) What's Needed (not much)

-another super, maybe
-couple more sounds

E) Installation

First, make sure you have all these files listed here:

-gizmo.def
-gizmo.sff
-gizmo.air
-gizmo.cns
-gizmo.cmd
-gizmo.snd
-gizmo.act
-gizmo2.act
-gizmo3.act

When you've confirmed existance of the above files, follow these
two steps for easy installation:

1) Put the above files in your /chars/gizmo directory.
2) Add gizmo to your select.def in your data folder.

F) Specific Notes

These are some things that I feel I should make people aware of:

1) You cannot combo Gizmo, for purposes of classic game accuracy. You can try, but
unless your timing is killer, you won't succeed.

2) Gizmo's projectiles have varying ranges and they won't travel past their limits. You
must learn how to become accustomed to this factor. The exact ranges were
matched as close as possible to Gremlins 2.

3) All of Gizmo's specials are activated with a single button press (x,y,z, a,b,c). Reasons
again for accuracy to the original game.

G) Move List

b: Matchstick Fireball
c: Throw Paperclip
