*Blush looks at her watch and then down at Spot*
"Only 5 more minutes and then it will be spandex for you!"
*She laughs evily as Spots eyes widden*
*Muffins is dancing around in front of him waving a pair of spandex shorts around in the air, she stops and looks right into his face*
"Five More Minutes!!!"
*she says in a singsong voice and then giggles as she puts the shorts over his head*
*the clock is ticking. At 1 min left, Muffins is carefully opening a bottle of blue sparkle nail polish and Blush is begining to untie Spot's shoes. Six people approach from the end of the bridge, running as fast as they can, one is toating a large tub*
"Stop!" Relic yells
*Blush turns to the group holding the brush from the nail polish high in the air*
"One step closer and Spot gets it, and on his finger nail too!"
*the group comes to a screeching halt, Muffins winces in pain and holds her ears*
"Don't do that!"
*the group mutters it's appologies*
"We have come to reclaim Spot," says Lightning, taking a step forward.
*Blush moves the brush a little closer to Spot's tremmbling hand*
"I warned you, I won't be so kind next time. Who's in charge here?"
Lightning stands frozen in her spot, Blinks speaks up, "I guess I'll be, though I'm not quite sure I want him back."
*the girls hit her on the shoulder*
*Blush looks at them calmly*
"Where are the goods?"
*Blinks motions Cuddles forward. Three cheese sticks, a bag of Jolly Ranchers and a jar of orange marmalade are in her trembling hands. Muffins walks up and snatches them. Craddling them to her chest, she walks back to where Blush is*
"It's what we asked for, but it is not enough marmalade."
*Muffins says, quickly gobbling up the three cheese sticks anyways, as Blush grabs the Jolly ranchers and starts picking out the good ones*
*Muffins turns back to the group*
"It's no good! The deal is off! I want more marmalade!"
*she grabs the spandex shorts off of Spot's head and motions to him to put them on*
*the girl with the tub crys out*
"Wait, we have more!!!!!!!!!!!
*lugging it forward Aurora sets it down*
*Muffins gets an evil grin on her face and runs forward to bask in the glorious sight of orange marmalade sitting before her*
*Blush motions to their fourth companion*
"The deal is good, Monday take him out to them."
*Monday prods spot up and starts him walking forward*
"Never!" a cry comes from the last girl in the group, Smalls. She runs and tackles Spot into the tub of marmalade. The group of girls frantically pull the two out of the tub and then they all try to stop Smalls from repeatedly punching Spot.
"I thought I had gotten rid of you!" she cries fighting with all her strength to get the other five girls off of her.
While this is going on Muffins, Blush and Monday make a convenient escape into the night, taking the partially spilled tub of marmalade with them. Where they went, no one will know until another newsie goes missing.
