Well this is a handy tip for people who don't have watches or if your in a class where the clock doesn't work (nearly all the clocks in Chisholm are buggered). This 'program' sticks a little time and date box on your calculator. Stick with me, this gets a little hard to explain.
DATE 1. Press <ON> to turn on the claculator.
2. The format for putting the date in is MM.DDYYYY (month.dayyear) so you will type mm.ddyyyy<F1>DATE For example if the date is 16th of August 2003 you will type 08.162003<F1>DATE
3. Hit enter
There you have the Date
TIME 1. Press <ON> to turn on the claculator.
2. The format for putting the time in is hh.mmss (hour.minutesecond) so you will type hh.mmss<F1>TIME For Example if the time is 9:37pm and 12 seconds you will type 21.3712<F1>TIME
3. Hit Enter.
This has set up a time and date box on your calculator to access this type DISPTIME
You can set up a program so you can access this easier without typing DISPTIME in all the time. 1. Press <ON> to turn on your calculator
2. Press <SHIFT><1> or <PROGRM>
3. Press <F2> (new program)
4. Type in the name of the program you want to call it (in our case TIME + DATE)
5. Hit enter
6. Type in the screen that come up DISPTIME
7. Press <HOME>
To Access this program go into programs select the TIME + DATE program and press <F6> or RUN
