| Spirits in the Sky By Laws
Founder/Director: Brenda Corple Investigators: John Corple , Rhonda Ruby INVESTIGATIONS Members must be 18 years of age. No smoking, alcohol, or drug use before or during any Investigation. No trespassing, or breaking of any posted rules at any Hunt or Investigation site at any time. All members during any Hunt or Investigation will carry a Picture State issued driver�s license, or state issued ID. All participants will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Investigators and Directors are in charge of all Investigations and will divide Investigation responsibilities between Regular Members. Hunts and Investigations will only be considered official if there is an Investigator or Director present. Any member can submit any type of evidence at any time to Spirits in the Sky. If at any time during a Hunt or Investigation the team is approached by Law Enforcement or any other persons, the Investigator or Director will be the contact people, no exceptions. All evidence collected on official Hunts or Investigations is expected to be shared with Spirits in the Sky. (Evidence consists of photographs, EVPs, notes, and any physical item�s found). This evidence might appear on our website with your name. Investigators will submit Investigation reports to a Director. Reports must be filed within 2 weeks after the Investigation. All evidence will be kept strictly confidential if requested. The above rules apply to all and any member of Spirits in the Sky. The Director reserve the right to add or change any part of the By Laws at any time they feel it is in the best interest of the Organization. Inactive Members An inactive members will be considered any person who does not respond to emails or participate in any way with Investigations, Hunts, meetings, or submitting information to the Spirits in the Sky Website. Any member who is inactive for the period of 6 months will receive a letter from the Director. If they do not respond to this letter within 30 days their name will be removed from members list. Submitted Photo�s, Evp�s, Video�s All evidence submitted to Spirits in the Sky and placed on the web site will appear with submitters name. This is to ensure that proper credit will be given to such persons. Any evidence that a person wishes to be kept confidential, will be kept confidential. Anyone submitting any evidence, which belongs to someone else and does not have their permission will be terminated as a member of Spirits in the Sky. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS Only the Director may take action to terminate any member of Spirits in the Sky. Any person or persons not enforcing a decision of the Directors can have action brought against them. Any member committing any of the following violations will be terminated from Spirits in the Sky. 1. Using drugs or alcohol before or during an Investigation. 2. Any type of sexual harrassment of another member. 3. Tampering with evidence. 4. Disrupting an Investigation. 5. Posting of confidential evidence from private Investigations. 6. Trespassing or breaking any posted rules at a Hunt or Investigation site. 7. Not turning in any evidence collected on an official Hunt or Investigation. 8. Anyone submitting copyrighted material which they do not own. The Director reserve the right to add or change the Disciplinary Actions at any time they feel it is in the best interest of the Organization. The above rules were established to protect the credibility of the Organization, which is very important. Media and other Investigation groups may review our evidence, and much of the collected evidence will be added to our website for public viewing. The Director reserve the right to change or amend the By Laws at any time they feel it is in the best interest of the Organization. |
| Requirements to become and Investigator: 1. You must attend and participate in 3 Investigations 2. You must attend at least 1 meeting. |
