(Maranao Culture) * Being a Maranao is said to be of real fantasy when it is compared to that such oil rich countries & powerful sultanates of Malaysia and Brunei in regards of running the state affairs.

As we know that the eldest son is the crowned prince, who is the next sultan to succeed on the throne or to replace the leader; once the reigning sultan passes away or resign from heading the country.

However, Philippines is a beautiful country that has a different form of government, in which, the system of governance in sultanate countries is not applicable to our ancestral traditions, in terms of full independent from the central government. Though it governs its own local affairs, such as: arbitrary body, support oppress, provide livelihood to the constituents, yet still depending on other big issues concerning the judicial system, police manpower and etc..

Although, this sultanate form of government is said to be effective, during the past times as well as at the present times, if only realized.
