-Hit 22 homeruns in 1999 season, setting a club record for HRs hit by Giants shortstops
Community work
Has adopted Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation as his charity, hosting guests at ballpark...also lends his time to "I Think I Can Foundation," group that helps children stricken with Muscular Dystrophy...has participated in Giants' Care-A-Van past 3 off seasons...supports San Francisco's middle and high school programs while serving as one of SF's Celebrity Waiters...also assists with Giants' Kids and Rewards Clubs activities.
