Election 2001 Timetable
Sunday, 14 January 2001
A meeting is conducted, the purpose of which is to submit names for
candidates for each position. Those who do not attend are given the chance
to submit them by e-mail up until Saturday, 20 January 2001.
Sunday, 21 January - Saturday, 3 February 2001
Each of those who has been nominated for candidacy is approached by one
of members of the 2000 Board. He/she confirms whether he/she is willing to
be put in the final candidate list.
Sunday, 4 February 2001
11:00
Final list of those who are put as candidates is announced, and the election
is conducted in a meeting conducted on this day. Those who cannot make the
meeting are given to cast their votes by e-mail before Saturday, 10 February
2001, 17:00.
Sunday, 11 February 2001
14:30
The ballot counting is conducted, and consequently, we have names of those
who will serve in the 2001 Board. There could be addition of board members
during the next two weeks.
Sunday, 25 February 2001
The complete board, after some additions, is announced in the 4th Sunday
Indonesian Mass.
Sunday, 11 March 2001
The board is inaugurated in the 2nd Sunday Indonesian Mass.
