IS ANYONE TALKING ON VOICE?  HOW COME I CAN'T HEAR THEM WHILE OTHERS CAN?

Ah... my favorite term for this condition is the "Refresh Syndrome."   The simple solution is to just refresh voice by clicking the voice icon twice (once to turn voice off, another to turn it back on... get it?)  How often?  It depends.  It can be as seldom as, well... never?   On the worse case scenario, it can be as often as every  minute!   So, it really depends on the current situation.  Try rejoining the room, log out and in again, disconnect from your ISP and reconnect, or simply... reboot.
