Kru Zhie Vallega’s lessons are divided into three parts: Visualization, mental screening and application.
The first
phase teaches the trainees how to “survey” an opponent, identifying his weak
points before making a strike.
"DIrect! DIrect!", Kru Zhie would often emphasize and show the directness of Muay Thai, turning a block/parry into a strike at the same time.
VALLEGA CAMP teaches both the sport and traditional aspects of Muay Thai such as Muay Boran, Muay Korat and etc.

Muay Thai is regarded as a form of martial arts and science that has been developed from generation to generation since the establishment of Thailand. It is referred to as “the science of eight limbs,” as the hands, feet, elbows and knees are all used extensively to inflict maximum damage to an opponent.
It is a mixture of all good things and represents the long lasting and civilized culture of Thailand.
Now, the battle art has evolved into a popular sport. People from all walks of life flocked to training camps seeking actions.
Muay Thai has changed and evolved from battlefield close quarter killing- ground to a technique-based on a fighting tradition that is passed on from generation to generation. It has its appeal and mystique.
Muay Thai is still the fighting art to beat.
