Hi all.  just wanted to let you know that i am quick on my road to recovery. 

i came out with shrapnel in the arm, lots of cuts and bruises, blown eardrums

and some stiffness.  im walking around a bit..so that's good.  still cant hear

but it will come in time.  im high in spirits but a little jumpy.  well let everyone

 know that im good.  miss you all even more.
