Below: View looking west from my room. This is the New City. The Hinnom Valley is between. The tower is the YMCA! The square building to its right is the King David Hotel.
Above: My driveway! The taller wall is the Old City wall which was built by the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century. Many walls were before it.
Below: View looking north from my room.

Below: The small dome in the Holy Seplechre.
Above: The large dome in the Holy S.
Above: The most likely location of Jesus' burial. Called the Tomb of Joseph of Arimatheah historically. Inside the Holy Sepelchre. Inside it divides into small tunnels just large enough for human bodies.
Above: Garden of Gethsemane.
This is the traditional sight of where Jesus prayed at Gethsemane. The olive trees here date to the Crusader period. But this is the same area the Garden of Gethsemane would have been on the slope of the Mt. of Olives.
A cool structure with olive trees growing on top.
