Text Box: FROM THE PASTOR’S PEN Greetings in the name of Jesus the Christ. We thank God for the opportunity of being part of a church family, who realizes where there is no vision, the people perish. Deacon Charlie James, Sis. Pamela Henderson, Sis. Monica Kearse, Sis. Stephanie Porter, and Sis. Chelsea Smith stepped up to the plate in order for Zion Speaks to be read. Zion Speaks is a first at Mt. Zion, with a prayerful heart, we the church family will do our part, when Zion Speaks the people will hear and the vision will be seen. Building a church as we build the Kingdom of God on Earth, every member in ministry: exhorting the Savior, evangelizing the sinners, equipping the saints, and elevating society. Zion Baptist, As being members of a body that is planted in Jesus Christ it is evidence that we have sought the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness. So let’s continue and move forward in his love. I am the proud mother of six daughters, three sons, two daughter-in-laws, four son-in-laws, nine granddaughters, and nine grandsons. They all are doing well. I am proud to be a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church for I feel love and I extend love. I do especially encourage the young people to keep up their good work.
