match reviews

Working with the Pitbulls is always fun. So when I was offered the opportunity of a three way tag with Big Dave and the Zebra Kid I wasn't about to turn it down! The crowd really got into the match, and I came away feeling I'd done an okay job. The ten man survivor series tag rounded off the night really well. I can't wait for the next D & M show.

Valentine's Massacre

The final singles match of the night seeing MTX, formely known as Matrix, taking on tattooed and pierced warrior Havoc. MTX having a completely new look wearing white trunks around a muscular body along with fury boots and white face paint, looking by far the most professional wrestler on the show. The larger Havoc dominating the match with holds, helped by MTX carrying it in places, although MTX could probably have done better with another opponent. MTX taking the convincing win with a Suplex variant.

In his Norwich debut, MTX went against not just Phil Powers, but Powers' manager, "The man with the Midas touch", Tommy Lee. The constant interference from Lee lead to MTX's downfall as Powers emerged victorious. Afterwards, Powers bad-mouthed all things WAW.
