fa.txt specifications
-Players listed in fa.txt must have the following format:

-Don't use tabs!
-All other lines should be transparent to faeditor.
-Always leave a blank line at the end of fa.txt.
-The keyword <SIGNED> can be added below the players name, and  
on the next "update fa.txt", faeditor will move that player
from fa.txt to signed.txt.
