| Your Credit Score |
|
Your credit score (FICO) is made up of varying parameters in your credit file, including length of credit history, number of open accounts, loans, mortgages, public records, and others are formulated to produce a three-digit score between about 300 and 950.
Usually a lender will use a combination of your credit score with other factors when determining the bottom line: a borrower's potential risk.
Negative Items are the black marks on your credit report that can hurt your credit score.
Negative items can include:
- Late payments
- Judgments
- Tax Liens
- Collections
- Bankruptcies, etc.
Your score determines not only if a lender is willing to lend you money, but your interest rate as well. The only proven way to lower your interest rate is to raise your credit score! To raise your credit score you can dispute your negative items and have those that are unverified removed.

| Our Statistics: The Real Deal |

Looking around the industry these days we see an awful lot of hype. We see credit repair services making bold assertions without offering
proof to support their claims.
It's true we make some bold claims ourselves but weve got the numbers
to back them up.

The truth @ 35 deletions per hour.

Based on the 90-day period from Jul 1 - Sep 30 these results show we delete roughly 25,000 negative items per month, or 830 per day, or 35 negative items per hour 24 hours a day, seven days a week!
Theres more to this than meets the eye.

We depend on our clients to provide us with copies of their credit reports in order to determine total deletions. Since some clients fail to report back to us
towards the end of their retainer agreement, the actual number of deletions is in fact higher than what we publish here by as much as 10% according to our own estimates.
The results are amazing, but is it legal?
Yes. Disputing items on your credit report is your explicit right under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA.) Credit report repair is as legal as pleading not guilty
in a court of law. It is entirely within your rights, and the freedom to do so is protected by law.

Why Lexington? 6 Reasons Here >>
|
| Pricing |

In accordance with federal regulation, Lexington charges retroactively for the service it performs. This means you will be billed each month for work performed the previous month.
Your initial payment of $99.00 is due within the first fifteen days and covers the most expensive portion of your retainer: your case setup. We complete this step
prior to drafting your first payment. Each month thereafter you will receive an itemized invoice for work performed the previous month.
The amount of work will vary from time to time, and you will find that we often perform more work than the $39.00 fee covers (but never less work than that.)
Of course, you will not be charged for the additional work. Your monthly retainer fee is fixed at $39.00 and will never exceed that amount.
Note that we offer a warranty of service under which we will refund some or all of your retainer fees
if enough disputed items arent deleted to meet our high standards of success.
