The United States Tennis Association held a memorial service for Jim. It was held at the USTA National Tennis Center on August 26, 2001. It was a great service led by Steve and Jim's close friends: Keith Crossland, Brian Earley, Tom Barnes and Marv Goldberg. Over 300 people showed the night before the largest Grand Slam was to start. Many tennis professionals came to pay their respects to a man that helped each of them get to where they are today....... |
