So after 4 months of treatment for Positional Plagiocephaly, I finally got rid of that annoying DOC Band. Thanks to everyone at Cranial Therapies for rounding me out. My dad says the playground can be hostile place and a misshapened head is just asking for trouble.The forensic anthropologist did the final measurements and said I did went from a deviation factor of 8 to 2. I guess that is good because everyone was happy. Then to show the improvement, I had another casting done. Not a very fun afternoon; but at least I can sleep without that big white helmet on my head. |
