July 1: Eight months old
July 3: Can push up into sitting position from stomach and started crawling today.
July 6: Swim class with Mom.
July 7: Playtime and Nicholas' house.
July 8: First bruise, hit head on kitchen floor. Swim class with Mom and Dad. Went under water...didn't seem to enjoy.
July 10: Say "mmmm" when eating graham crackers.
July 11: Swim class with Mom and Dad (the water was freezing cold). Went under water and got mad at Dad.
July 13 and 15: Swim class with Mom and Dad (the water was freezing).
July 17: Went to Nicholas' house for his birthday party with Mom and Dad. Slept 11 hours (from 1:30 to 12:30).
July 18: A bit of a cold today, runny nose. Slept 7 hours. Almond nipped at Shayna when she tried to steal Almond's bone.
July 19: Makes "sss" and "aah" sounds.
July 21: Slept 9 hours.
July 24: Had a 101 degree temperature today.
July 26: Nine month checkup. Also, to check to see if Shayna is sick. No sign of illness. 17 pounds (50th percentile) and 29.5 inches (90th percentile).
July 28: Dances to music, wiggles around and puts hands in the air.
