April 1: Shayna is five months old.
April 2: We started Shayna in her crib (laying flat).
April 4: Dad sang Shayna to sleep. Shayna slept 6 hours, then 3 hours on her back in the crib.
April 5: Drank water from a bottle.
April 6: Ate some peas today.
April 8: Laughs when she sees Almond and Hayden.
April 16: We visited Great-Grandparent Shepherds.
April 17: We started Shayna on green beans (she seems to enjoy).
April 18: Green beans seem to be upsetting her stomach.
April 19: Makes squealing noises when happy.
April 20: Tried sweet potato (didn't seem to like right away).
April 21: Leave to go to MD. 6 1/2 car ride...Shayna did amazingly well! We are at the Fox's house.
April 22: We are still at the Fox's house. Aunt Briana made Shayna laugh while playing peek a boo. Sarah and Mike came to visit.
April 23: Great Grandmom Grumbach came to visit Shayna for the day. Elena and Isabel stopped by for a short visit. We leave the Fox household to go to the Torreyson's house.
April 24: We are still at the Torreyson's house. El stopped by to visit with Shayna. Great Grandparent Torreysons, aunts, uncles, and cousins of Mike came to visit.
April 25: We leave in the morning to head back home to WV. Shayna did a great job on the 7 1/2 hour car ride!
April 26: Had rice cereal mixed with apple juice (seems to like).
April 29: Started using a pacifier today (she discovered this on her own).
