Dear Chapter Member,

We are ready to kick off another year for the Mid-Tennessee NAVHDA Chapter.  We would like to remind you that yearly dues are now being collected for membership 2004.  Our records indicate that you have not paid your chapter dues.  To join in the fun for the coming year,  please send a check or money order for $35.00 along with the enclosed application form.
