When:
Registration starts Friday the 4th of November at 3pm.
Goodbye Sunday the 6th at about 3pm.
Where:
� Registration and welcoming takes place in the building called Kroghstr�de 3 at Aalborg University (Follow the signs).
� Workshops, meals and Saturday night party, take place at the university.
� Sleeping/accommodation at a Rudolf Steiner school nearby (20 min walk or 5 min by bus). If anyone has special needs regarding sleeping arrangements, please contact us at: [email protected]
What to bring:
� 30 euro/220DKK for payment for the entire weekend. PLUS SOME CASH for the bar, bus etc.
� Sleeping bag and mat, pillow
� Musical presentation of your group for Friday night�s welcome gathering.
How to get there:
Aalborg is situated in the northern part of Jutland, Denmark. You can easily get to Aalborg by train, car and by plane. The ferries from Norway and Sweden to Frederikshavn and Hirtshals are only an hour away from Aalborg by train or bus.

� BY CAR: Get off highway E45 at exit no.26, and drive towards Egense. The University is on the right hand side of the road.
IMPORTANT WHEN YOU GET TO AALBORG:
From the trainstation/busterminal and the airport in Aalborg you can take any bus nr 2 that's going east. They all go to the University, even though they have different letters and names after the nr. 2. Get off at Kroghstr�de (ask the busdriver!). When you get off the bus, follow the signs to the registration placeI
It's a good idea to buy a "klippekort" where you pay for ten tickets at a reduced price.(One ticket cost 15 DKK and ten cost 102DKK) You'll need it for transportation to the University and back, plus between the University and the accomodation school. If you are two together, start with buying one "klippekort" together when you get to the trainstation or airport. You can also buy it at the University.
