OK...so this is mainly intended for players. Here's what you need to know about Juniors Nationals
What: Ultimate Players Association High School Nationals Tournament
Where: Birmingham, Alabama
When: May 17-18, 2003
Transportation: We will be flying via Delta Airlines into Atlanta and then renting cars and driving down to Birmingham (approx. 2 hours driving)
Cost: Expect approximately $300 per person for everything
We need a check fo $230 (make checks out to 'Mt. Lebanon Ultimate') from each player who is planning on coming by Wednesday, April 9,2003. This will pay for your flight and the tournament fee.
Additionally, get the following waivers signed and turned in by Wednesday, April 9, 2003:
Medical Authorization (under 18)
Player Waiver (ALL players)
