Mike McCauley enters the 2004 legion
season in his second consecutive year as pitching coach. McCauley has
served five consecutive seasons as pitching coach for the Manheim Township High
School baseball team. Prior to his return in 2000, McCauley served as the
pitching coach for Elizabethtown College, where he played an integral part in
the Blue Jays advance to the Mid-Atlantic Conference Finals. He has
coached for both Manheim Township and Warwick, and also coached for
Franklin and Marshall College. A graduate from Millersville University,
Mike is a teacher at Living Word Academy. He lives in Manheim Township
with his wife Cathy.
