Menu
Looks like the menu has been selected. It is:
Top sirloin with mushrooms
Demi glace, oven roasted chicken breast with lemon capers and thyme
Green salad with matchstick carrots, radishes and purple cabbage shreds / light vinaigrette with house vinaigrette ( herb vinaigrette with sherry vinegar & honey)
Garlic mashers
Seasonal veg with shallot butter.
Dinner rolls and butter (not honey butter)
Ice water, coffees and teas
Bar Service - $350 guarantee (pay afterwards if $amount not fulfilled)
Still working on the desert. Also looking to have soda available for those who don't drink coffee or tea.
Floor Plan
The floorplan was accepted as modified.
Interior Walls of Ballroom
Class Memory Walls - each class will have a section of the wall in the ballroom for memorabilia from their class year.
Decorations - Gayle has some surprizes in store. Watch for it.
Budget and Ticket Prices
Wayne posted the web site with the ticket prices and deadlines.
Deadline Dates
The sign up deadline is Aug 10, the payment deadline is Aug 31. Payments mailed and postmarked by that date should reach us before the event.
Money Types
We can only take cash, checks, and money orders. Credit cards or internet will take a percentage and cut down on our revenue.
Photographer / Memory Book
We are looking for someone who can take photos and build up a memory book. The company Wayne was talking with told us they don't do photos.
