| Although we are cute we need to be wild. For our own protection and yours, please restrain yourself and friends from feeding my family and friends. We get used to the hand out and when it is no longer offered we seek food where we can find it; your car, your trash, your neighbors home, all become fair game for us. When we become aggressive, because the food supply is no longer available, the law is called and we are put away.....Please help us all, and refrain from the temptation .... feeding me puts us all at risk. |

| According to NC State Wildlife officers, The only species to be feed in the garden are song birds, and hummingbirds, and it is strongly advised that the feeders be brought in at night and placed out again in the morning. |
