| ONLINE COORDINATOR Job Summary: Online Coordinator In charge of online facilities and maintenance, report generation, log-in name and password, attendance monitoring, subjects scheduling, web- page posting and local training. Online Coordinator 1. Online Coordinator will be in-charge of the installation, administration, monitoring and maintenance of the SmartForce CBT and e-Learning modules CBT and on- line Laboratory 2. Online Coordinator will encode all enrolled students in the database according to their course assignment and will ensure that all students in the database will have an access to the Smartforce, e-Learning and internet and will not exceed the hours allotted per trimester. 3. Online Coordinator will facilitate and maintain the course offerings and the periodic backup of the system. 4. Online Coordinator will be in-charged in designing and posting messages to the on-line bulletin board. 5. Online Coordinator will maintain and generate evaluation reports in each grading period for SmartForce enhanced subjects. 6. Online Coordinator will be in-charged of the scheduling of online Laboratory in coordination with the Deans and Area Coordinators. 7. Online Coordinator will be in-charged of the end- user training in their local branch. |
