Complicated Stuff
The idea of this page is to give you an indepth review of well, err stuff! I will be adding to this page over time, but to start with, I'll review the board that I ride (being a small person (13 years) and that.) It's The  mbs cricket 110.
MBS Cricket

The cricket is a great new freestyle board made by  mbs. It is in effect, a sized down Grasshoper, being 1kg lighter and 9cm shorter. The board is designed for trickriding and jumping, but is a great allround  board for a light beginner. It comes with sized down freeflex bindings and 8'' Airliner tyres.
The board is designed for people of 110 lbs or LESS. Anyway, here is a list of it's stats:

Recomended rider weight: 0-110 lbs
Style: Freestyle
Overall lenght: 110cm/43.3''
Overall width: 14''
Board weight: 15lbs
Deck: Cross laminate 8 ply maple
Deck width: 9''
Deck length: 35''
Deck clearance: 3.75''
Trucks: 14'' channel trucks, TIG welded 4130 cro-moly steel
Tyres: 8'' by 2'' Airliner
Bearings: Double rubber sealed precision bearings
Hubs: Tri-spoke two piece nylon

MBS Cricket
First impressions were very good. It's small and light-making it nimble and easy to put into a controlled slide. Its fairly stable at high speeds (thanks to the quality of the MBS shocks) and the deck is springy and absorbs the ride well. The suspension has a long travel and aids the turning no end.
As far as durability is concerned, its very good. The deck does scratch easily, but it is very hard to dent and the trucks can take alot of punishment (I've hit quite a few good size rocks on it and it just wont dent) The bindings are also great and seem to be able to cope with pretty much everything I can throw at them
Yeah, But what's it like to ride??
I bought it for about 150 (It would probably be about $160 in the USA) making it one of the cheepest boards available and I'd say for the price it's unbeatable. The only differance between it and the MBS grasshopper is size, weight and where they are made (The final one makes all the difference...) All other components (shocks, tyres bearings etc) are the same
