Most often, I find creativity short-changed in my life but the arts are really the place I find contemplation and quiet satisfaction.
Photography
I have enjoyed photography since childhood, most ambtiously in high school, college, and now currently. I maintain a photo gallery at the Minnesota Artists website and hope to physically exhibit work in the near future.
Poetry
Having only a scattered record of expressing my written word, I began writing poetry in 2003 after becoming energized by ee cumming's work. Samples of my work are also available at the Minnesota Artists website and I hope to eventually submit samples for publication without trying to overly professionalize a form of self-expression.
Writing
Other than poetry, there are two other types of my writing that sometimes find their way to the outside world - current events and anecdotal stories, both of which are outlined in my Organic Blue blog.
