Under Construction
This emblem was photographed from a Snowmobile owned by Phil Bell.
It is from what we believe to be the first club in Bethlehem.
It was one of the earliest Snowmobile Clubs in the U.S.
We are trying to learn more about this Club and its Founders / Members.
Notice that Mount Agassiz is shown with the Star that used to be lit on it's summit.  We will post more history as we learn it!
The Rising Star Snowmobile Club
The second club was organized in 1984 by Dave Jackson, Frank Champagne, Ken Reardon, & Dan Murphy.  They bought an old Thykol Spryte from Pittsburg and groomed trails for 5 or six years. Lack of snow and low membership took it's toll and the club disbanded.
