He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southeast Missouri State University (1995) and an Associate of Arts degree from Jefferson College (1992) of Hillsboro, Missouri. Mr. Sayers� background includes �Big 5� consulting experience, Defense Industry Software Engineering experience and a Military history serving in a management capacity. Mr. Sayers offers over 16 years of relevant experience, most of which has been spent in management positions.

Velmurugan Navalady - President & CSO, currently holds a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management (2006) with a concentration in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from GCE of India (1992). Mr. Navalady�s background, with 13 years of experience in Information Technology, consists of Design, Development, Testing, and Integration. Mr. Navalady also brings Project Management and Security Architecture & Implementation Consulting experience to the company.

David Darden � Treasurer & CFO, currently holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management (2006) with a concentration in General Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University (1999). Mr. Darden�s background includes 20 years of experience in business administration, accounting, and finance. All of which are vital to the success of the company.
