WHITE WINE VINEGAR/CHILI POWDER MARINADE

ok..these are marinades i came up with so that my chicken wasn't so 
plain!  But my guess is that you could use it one on any meat.

1/2 c. white wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. vegetable flakes
Marinade meat or whatever overnight.  Remove from marinade and grill 
unitl browned.
This is the savory marinade...it's great mixed with rice and 
vegetables, or on salads too!
