Creamy Turkey soup from Provida Chat Forum member celtickim I just boiled down the turkey breast bones that I baked in my hot air convection oven. Removed the bones and added 4 oz. turkey breast, chopped celery, onions, garlic, carrots, potatoes, cracked black pepper, parsley, summer savory, dill weed, sage, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf and simmered until all veggies were soft. removed the bay leaf and put all through the blender to make a thick "cream" type soup. It could also double for a gravy. I suppose one would adjust serving size of rice or mashed potato to allow for the carb in the soup. I wish I could give measurements, bur I'm a "by-guess-and by-golly" cook. Sorry. Celtickim
