Tomato Sauce

Hi!  Before the program I loved having chicken in with my spaghetti.  
So I figured out how to make a decent spaghetti sauce 
to bake the chicken in.   Try it! 

One small can of tomato paste (salt free) 
Add water til consistency is smoother 
Add in Mrs Dash Tomato Basil spice (as much as you like) 

It turned out reallly well for me.  
I was able to bake several chicken breasts and keep 
them for the rest of the week.
