Here is a salsa recipe I use SALSA: 1 diced Vidalia or sweet onion (the bigger, the better- you can never have too much onion! ;) ) 1 Diced Tomato 1 minced jalepeno 1/2 cup diced red pepper 1/2 cup (yes, that's right) chopped cilantro 2 Tablespoons lime juice 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy Extra black pepper to taste Combine and chill for at least two hours before using.
