Going Cold Salsa 2 ~ from Yahoo group member muneqita30 tomatoes garlic cilantro jalapenos vinegar (i usually use white vinegar) onions black pepper put in food processor or chop. it's nice when the tomatoes are different consistencies (process some, chop some) holds in the fridge well. even tastes better next day. sorry but i'm kind of a creative cook. i don't measure. make it a few times and you'll get it to your taste. hope this helps.
