From Sam I know the mayo is a no-no on this 6wbmo plan but this recipe is for anyone whom can not go with out creamy dressing Ranch Dressing 3/4 c light or non-fat mayonnaise 1/4 c water 1 Tbsp vinegar 1/3 c minced celery w/leaves 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley 1 Tbsp grated onion 1 clove garlic, crushed or powdered 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1/4 tsp celery seed 1/4 tsp nu-salt 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use, up to 5 days.
