Fish with oatmeal flour from Provida Chat Forum member jcygiel I took 1/4 cup of oatmeal and put it in my food process to make flour. I use this flour for everything now. I floured the fish with oat flour(grind up oatmeal) add some spices to the flour. Sprayed pan with pam put the fish in until it started to brown add white wine which boiled up, turned fish over did the white wine again. It was great. I use 1/4 cup of flour, which will equal 1/2 cup of cook oatmeal. When I use it on the fish, I know that it takes only about 1/8 cup of flour to coat and a little more carbs with my dinner about 1/4 cup of rice will make it all work out. I need to have something different from time to time. I read a lot of post where people complain about that the food is bland. So far I have not had that problem. jcygiel
