Another Version of Meringue Cookies Whip up 3 egg whites, add 1/4 t cream of tartar, & 1 t vanilla. until soft peaks form, then slowly add 1 c of Splenda. Keep whipping until firm. Drop onto a ungreased cookie sheet in about 12-15 blobs. Bake at 275 for about 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let set in oven for about 1/2 or so. Don't open oven until finished!!!!! Barbara in NC
